Chapter 1
The Sparkling Shore
Liba loved the ocean more than anything else in the world. Every afternoon, she walked along the golden sands, listening to the rhythmic song of the waves. The sun felt warm on her shoulders, and the salty breeze played with her long braids. "What a perfect day for a swim," she whispered to herself. She waded into the cool, clear water, feeling the tiny fish tickle her ankles. As she swam further out, the water turned a deep, magical emerald. She dived beneath the surface, marveling at the swaying seaweed and the hidden wonders of the deep. It was a world of silence and beauty, far away from the noise of the shore.

Chapter 2
A Cry for Help
Liba was exploring a cluster of bright coral when she heard a strange, muffled sound. It wasn't the usual bubbling of the sea; it sounded like a plea. She swam toward a dark crevice near the sea floor and suddenly stopped. There, pinned beneath a massive, jagged rock, was a little mermaid. The mermaid’s silver scales were dull with exhaustion, and her teal hair floated like silk around her pale face. She had been trying to move the heavy stone, but it was far too large for her small hands. Liba saw the fear in the mermaid's wide, amber eyes and knew she had to act quickly.

Chapter 3
The Great Rescue
Liba swam down to the base of the rock. She pushed with all her might, but the stone wouldn't budge. She realized she needed more than just strength; she needed a plan. Looking around, she found a sturdy piece of driftwood wedged in the sand nearby. She tucked the wood under the edge of the rock, using it as a lever just like her father had taught her. She pressed down with every ounce of energy she had. Slowly, the heavy stone began to tilt. The mermaid watched with bated breath as the gap grew wider. With one final, powerful shove, the rock shifted just enough. "Now!" Liba signaled through the bubbles.

Chapter 4
A Friendship Sealed
The little mermaid darted out from under the rock, free at last! She circled Liba in a joyful dance, leaving a trail of sparkling bubbles behind her. They swam together to the surface, where the air was sweet and the sky was turning a soft violet. "Thank you," the mermaid said, her voice sounding like ringing bells. "You saved my life, brave human." She reached into her hair and pulled out a glowing pearl, placing it in Liba's hand as a token of their new friendship. Liba smiled, feeling a warmth in her heart that had nothing to do with the sun. She watched as her new friend dived back into the deep, knowing she would never look at the ocean the same way again.
The end.
