Hello who’s there 3
A boy named yyy woke up in a strange room he was trapped in a purple monster’s house will yyy escape the nightmare before the house explodes?

Chapter 1
The Purple Room
Yyy woke up with a cold draft brushing against his cheeks. He rubbed his eyes, expecting to see his familiar bedroom ceiling, but instead, he stared at glowing magenta wallpaper adorned with moving brass gears.
"Where on earth am I?" Yyy muttered, sitting up quickly.
The room was strange and completely locked from the outside. Thick bookshelf rows lined the walls, filled with books bound in iridescent violet leather. On a heavy oak desk sat a brass clock ticking backwards with an unsettling rhythm: *29:59... 29:58...*
Yyy rushed over to the heavy wooden door and pulled the iron latch, but it didn't budge.
Beside the keyhole was a small carved wooden sign that read: *Property of Gloom. Do Not Touch Anything.*
"Who is Gloom?" Yyy wondered aloud, his heart racing. He noticed a faint trail of purple fur stuck to the doorknob. Whatever lived here was huge, strange, and definitely not human. Suddenly, a low hum echoed through the floorboards, making the brass gears on the walls spin faster. Yyy realized he wasn't just trapped—he was in the middle of a grand, ticking puzzle.

Chapter 2
The Ticking Cipher
A metallic voice echoed through hidden speakers in the ceiling: *"Self-destruction sequence engaged. Twenty-five minutes remaining."*
Yyy gasped as the room shuddered. "Explosion? I have to get out of here right now!"
He turned his attention back to the locked door. Beneath the lock sat a grid of four rotating bronze cylinders, each stamped with mysterious glowing symbols: a star, a gear, a crescent moon, and a flame.
Yyy searched the desk for clues. Beneath a stack of dusty blueprints, he spotted a leather journal. He flipped it open to a page marked with violet ink: *To unlock the quiet room, align the sky before the spark, but place the machine between them.*
"It's a riddle," Yyy said softly, his mind clicking into high gear. "The sky is the moon and star... the spark is the flame... and the gear goes in between!"
He turned the cylinders carefully: Moon, Star, Gear, Flame. With a loud *CLACK*, the heavy iron deadbolt slid back, and the door swung open into a long dark hallway.

Chapter 3
The Shadow in the Hall
Yyy stepped out into the corridor, keeping his back pressed against the wall. The hallway was vast, filled with floating lanterns and towering shelves of swirling glass vials.
*THUMP. THUMP. THUMP.*
Heavy footsteps shook the floorboards. Yyy ducked behind a tall brass telescope just as a giant creature lumbered into view.
It was Gloom. The creature was at least eight feet tall, covered in thick, fluffy purple fur, with three large, worried yellow eyes and a leather apron stuffed with oversized wrenches.
"Oh dear, oh dear!" Gloom whimpered, wiping his furry forehead with a giant polka-dot handkerchief. "The plasma core is totally unstable! Where did I put the dampener wrench?"
Yyy blinked in surprise. The terrifying purple monster wasn't trying to trap him at all—he was frantically trying to save his own house!
"Are you looking for this?" Yyy asked stepping out, holding up a giant silver wrench he had noticed on the corridor table.
Gloom jumped a foot into the air. "Hello! Who's there?!"

Chapter 4
An Unlikely Partnership
Gloom stared at Yyy with all three of his yellow eyes wide in astonishment. "A boy? How did a human boy get into my quiet reading room?"
"Your dimensional door pulled me in from my backyard!" Yyy explained quickly. "And more importantly, the ceiling voice says this house is going to explode in twelve minutes!"
Gloom slumped his fluffy shoulders. "I know! My starlight furnace overheated. I tried to build a portal to visit the Moon, but I used the wrong flux gear. Now the whole house is going to go BOOM!"
"Not if we fix it together," Yyy said firmly, spreading out the furnace blueprints on the table. "You know the machinery, and I'm really good at solving puzzles. Show me where the main shut-off valve is."
Gloom's face brightened. "It's down in the lower engine cellar, behind the security grate! But the emergency key card fell into the ventilation shafts."
"Then we don't have a second to waste," Yyy said, pulling his hoodie tight. "Lead the way!"

Chapter 5
Into the Engine Room
The engine cellar was hot and filled with roaring purple steam. A glowing digital display on the central furnace read: *03:15... 03:14...*
"The vent is too small for me!" Gloom cried out nervously, wringing his huge purple hands.
"I can fit," Yyy said without hesitation. He scrambled up a brass ladder and squeezed into the narrow metal shaft. Dust filled the air, making him cough.
He crawled on his hands and knees, following the faint golden glint ahead. There it was—the brass key card lodged between two narrow pipes!
Yyy reached out as far as he could, his fingers brushing the cool metal. "Just... a little... further!" he grunted, straining against the cramped space.
He snatched the key just as a jet of hot purple steam hissed behind him.
Yyy slid back out of the duct and tossed the key down to Gloom. "Got it! Plug it into the main console now!"

Chapter 6
Escape from the Nightmare
Gloom jammed the brass key card into the furnace slot with five seconds to spare. *00:05... 00:04...*
Yyy slammed his hand down on the large red reset button.
Instantly, the roaring steam quieted to a gentle hum. The purple glow faded back into a warm golden light, and the countdown timer froze, then turned off completely.
Gloom let out a massive breath that blew Yyy’s hair backward. "We did it! You saved my home, Yyy!"
"We made a great team," Yyy smiled, wiping dust off his jeans.
Gloom pulled a brass lever on the wall, and a swirling blue gateway opened in the middle of the hallway. Through the shimmering light, Yyy could see his own sunny backyard grass.
"Safe travels, my brave little friend," Gloom said warmly, waving his huge furry hand. "You're welcome back anytime—without the explosions next time!"
Yyy stepped through the portal with a happy grin, waving back. "Goodbye, Gloom!"
The portal closed softly behind him, leaving Yyy home safe, with an extraordinary mystery solved.
The end.
