A Brand New Adventure

Once upon a time, in the bright and sunny Maldives, lived a girl named Een. Een loved the warm white sand, the coconut trees, and the clear blue ocean. But one day, her parents shared some big news. They were moving to a new country far away!

At first, Een was super excited. She packed her favorite clothes, her drawing pads, and her soft toy dolphin into a large suitcase. "We are going on a huge adventure!" she cheered, clapping her hands.

When they arrived in their new home, everything was very different. The sky was often cloudy, the air felt cold, and there were no ocean waves outside her window. After a few weeks, the initial excitement began to fade away. Een found it hard to get used to the cold weather and missing her old friends.

One chilly afternoon, rain tapped gently against the windowpane. Een wrapped her arms around herself. "I miss the warm sun and the sea so much," she whispered, feeling a little sad.

Her mother walked into the room with a warm drink and sat beside her. "Moving to a new place is like opening a brand new book," her mother said gently. "The first few pages might feel strange, but you get to write what happens next."

Een looked at her blank drawing pad on the desk. She realized that even though things felt difficult right now, she was brave and strong. She picked up her bright crayons and began drawing sunny ocean waves, palm trees, and smiling faces to hang on her room walls.

The next morning on her walk to school, a friendly girl in a bright red raincoat waved to Een from across the street. Een waved back with a warm smile. It was not always easy to start over, but Een knew she was ready for this exciting new chapter in her life.
